FLOWSIGNALS

Terms of Service

Effective June 9, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of FlowSignals (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FlowSignals provides analytical tools, options-flow data, and educational research for your own decision-making. The Service does not provide investment advice — see our Risk Disclosure, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information. Accounts are for a single user; do not share access.

3. Subscriptions & billing

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, scores, and software, is owned by FlowSignals or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use it for your personal use.

You retain ownership of any data you upload, such as your brokerage holdings. By uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowSignals is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability for any claim exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

8. Termination & service changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Any claim not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
